    AC Drive VFD Variable Frequency Drive For Lift Practical Vector Control

    Elevator Frequency Inverter, AC Drives, VFD with EMC Built in Profinbus Modbus


    Main pull, take-up line adopts full vector control inverter, super low frequency torque, excellent dynamic characteristics, reliable stability accuracy, accurate PID algorithm, to meet the requirements of stable operation of the system full speed range.
    A. Linear wire drawing machine control solution: Feed-forward PID control mode is adopted between each pass. The main speed is calculated from the metal flow rate of the front and rear stages. The PID is used as the system speed bottom fine-tuning cool, and the speed is calculated inside the inverter. Realization, fast response, low cost, simple debugging;
    B. It can control the torque between each inverter by means of controlling the torque between each pass to realize the control system of the tensionless arm, simplify the mechanical design and reduce the cost of the system;
    C. The take-up part adopts the PID feedback method to adjust the actual tension by adjusting the air pressure of the swing arm;
    D. The various linkage logic controls of the system are implemented by the PLD.
